  • Many salts are found in sausages and meat products in particular, but also in preserves, dairy products and pastries.
  • Also, many glasses of water contain sodium or salts. If you want to eat healthy, you need to make sure the sodium content is low (less than 20 mg sodium per litre). This is because we get enough salt from the foods we eat and usually don’t need the extra salt in our water.
