They are upset about a handful of cars on their street that in no way block anything. We have literally thousands of cars enter our neighborhood every single hour to use Girsh Park and shop at the Big Box stores. How many of these people are coming from Montecito?

    There are many spaces on Mountain Drive and Riven Rock Road on public property that have been declared private property by property owners. They have illegally placed boulders in the public right of way and even illegally placed signs indicating it is private property. Law enforcement is good at harassing ordinary citizens, but why don't they go after these property owners who are breaking the law?

    And why is the County going along with this? Could it have anything to do with who wields power and who has money?
