Shakariki 432 Sake Dining
Located at Desa Sri Hartamas, this Shakariki 432 Sake Dining is a sister wall socket to Shakariki 432 in Publika. This izakaya dining offers a unlike atmosphere as compared to its sister ’ sulfur place, coloured in black with chic classy interior, backdrop music is quite comfort and I find the breathing here is a draw better as compared to the sister mercantile establishment .
Menu here is pretty extensive, covering a wide variety of dishes from nosh dish that goes identical well with drinks to deep fry dishes, from tempura to yakitori, from noodles to desserts .
Drinks menu is very across-the-board excessively ! There is quite a number of sake in their sake menu, covering versatile brands procured from all over Japan, with the origin and taste visibility stated in the menu. You get to choose your favorite sake easily based on the information given. Besides that, there are umeshu, highball, sour in the menu besides !
First thing first, an ice cold Suntory Kaku Highball for me ! They highlighted that they make it with their super carbonated pop dispenser, the one and only in Malaysia. No doubt, it was quite a good fizzing crisp highball that satisfied my palate with an “ Ahhhh… ” after drinking. happy hour rate is Rm 16 per field glass, from the time they open their store till 7pm .
Lemon Sour
Umeshu
Thai Style Glass Noodle Salad ( Rm 20 ) for a bracing starting signal. Can ’ t believe there is such flavour in an izakaya but it was a good one .
Karaage ( Rm 19 ) served with 3 kinds of season salt.
The must have in an izakaya. Always the drinks ’ best acquaintance ! Love their karaage, thinly battered and deep fried to perfection, crisp on the outside and lush inside.

Another drink ’ south best ally – Yakitori can be found in the menu. We tried a few such as Ginnan – ginko nuts ( Rm 10 ), Shitake ( Rm 10 )
Nasubi Dengaku ( Rm 18 )
Eggplant with miso paste sauce but I wished it was drenched with more miso sauce .
Mentai Abura Soba ( Rm 28 )
Or besides known as vegetable oil noodles, is originated from Tokyo. It is the chewy midst noodles topped with a variety of ingredients. This Mentai Abura Soba is topped with baby corn whiskey, bamboo shoots, okra, mentaiko, grated radish, pieces of chicken breast, an onsen tamago, shiso leaves, katsuobushi powderize, shredded nori and slope with fried garlic ( because my supporter don ’ t take garlic ) ; a squeeze of the lemon wedges plus a stimulate to combine everything together ; feel dislodge to sprinkle some chili vegetable oil and vinegar available for a change of season.
